Excellent staff

Great location near Shaw Boulevard and SM MegaMall. The front desk staff were helpful and accommodating. They have a security guard that made me feel safe. I requested a quiet room since I am a light sleeper. They gave me one! The room was huge. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff here are very accommodating to their guests. The staff is available and on-call at all times. I stayed here with a few of my friends and they were willing to help us surrounding if we needed help with the room. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thank you RedDoorz @ Samat Mandaluyong team for helping us create memories! Can’t wait to get back here.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and really went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic experience. The room was first rate and was genuinely beyond our expectations and we had a fantastic view. If you're planning a trip to Manila, this is surely the place. Exceptional value for money too.

When I first entered the room, I was somewhat disappointed. It looks slightly different from what is posted on the net. But it was compensated when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. The place was quiet. It is a place where you can really relax. It is good place for travellers since it very near Ortigas Center. The staff are friendly and are ready to answer all your inquiries. I would definitely go back here.
