The staff here are very accommodating to their guests. The staff is available and on-call at all times. I stayed here with a few of my friends and they were willing to help us surrounding if we needed help with the room. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Thank you RedDoorz @ Samat Mandaluyong team for helping us create memories! Can’t wait to get back here.

I travelled in many places in the Philippines and countries around the world but a stay at this hotel, it was a great experience at all time. This hotel offered reasonable rate and good amenities. But above all is the remarkable excellent service provided at the front desk.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating and really went above and beyond to make our stay a fantastic experience. The room was first rate and was genuinely beyond our expectations and we had a fantastic view. If you're planning a trip to Manila, this is surely the place. Exceptional value for money too.

Stayed at the Alpha Suites a few weeks ago and honestly, it was one of my best staycations! The room was amazing. I also enjoyed their facilities. The staff were also very kind and helpful. I'd also like to give props to the frontdesk staff for being very helpful throughout our stay.

When I first entered the room, I was somewhat disappointed. It looks slightly different from what is posted on the net. But it was compensated when it comes to cleanliness and comfort. The place was quiet. It is a place where you can really relax. It is good place for travellers since it very near Ortigas Center. The staff are friendly and are ready to answer all your inquiries. I would definitely go back here.

The staffs were very accommodating. There was a free water refill and ice for the guests. The room was clean and nice. Hoping that they will offer room with breakfast package next time, so we don't need to buy or order food outside.
